Function for a double absorbent noise screen
A double absorbent noise screen consists of cassettes which are constructed with an open material on both sides of the construction and a center consisting of insulation and as a fixed central core. For the center core, it applies that it is made of a weather-resistant material with a high density. The center core is different depending on the product. This construction thus picks up noise from both sides of the screen.
Acoustic comprehension:
There must be one side of a noise barrier to stop the sound. In contrast to a single absorbing noise screen, you therefore have to build the "backside function" into the cassette.

The area of application for noise screens with double-sided absorption will typically be in areas and environments where the noise hits the screen from several angles. Examples of such areas are central concessions, railways or roads, where residential areas border close to or as a division between two business plots, where both parties have noise sources located on the plot.
