DAV NORDIC has listened to market demand and developed a new standard pedestrian railing that we will keep in stock. Customers have been requesting this for a while, and we are now responding by launching a railing that is both lightweight and very strong.

Cycle paths and footbridges

The pedestrian railing can be used for areas with both walking and cycling traffic, such as cycle paths and footbridges.

DAV NORDIC has engineered the pedestrian railing to withstand 1.5 kN, whereas the standard requirement is 1 kN. Thus, it is very strong while remaining lightweight. The design also focuses on ease of installation, allowing customers to install it themselves if desired.

It can be installed on concrete beams or directly on the ground without the need for machinery. The solution includes special joints that enable the railing to be installed around corners at angles ranging from 20° to 90°.

The pedestrian railing is offered at a competitive price and has already been delivered and installed on 6 footbridges in Silkeborg.
