We often take part in design & build contracts, where we assume a greater level of responsibility and actively contribute to solving complex challenges on behalf of the client. We have solid experience managing the design process in-house, but we also frequently work in close cooperation with skilled and trusted partners to find the best solutions.
We also participate in general contracts and trade-specific contracts, where we contribute with our specialized expertise in defined areas. In addition, we are involved in framework agreements, which help ensure a consistently high level of service and quality for the client over time.
A performance-based contract is typically a long-term agreement covering the maintenance of pre-defined infrastructure elements. These contracts are entered into between a contractor and the responsible road authority. At DAV NORDIC, we have specific experience with performance-based contracts within our core business area: road safety solutions.
