DAV NORDIC has once again supplied guardrails to the scenic area around Hvidkilde Manor in South Funen. The guardrails are custom-designed to blend naturally into the environment.

To support cycling tourism around Hvidkilde Manor, a bike path has been established to make it safer for cyclists. To shield cyclists from vehicle traffic, a particularly robust wooden guardrail was needed. DAV NORDIC’s French supplier, Tertü, developed such a guardrail, which is made of steel and clad in wood. This solution preserves the area’s beautiful architectural line.
In 2019, DAV NORDIC supplied another type of wooden guardrail for the area, and as part of this delivery, DAV NORDIC also repaired wooden elements and installed a similar guardrail on the opposite side. The project was carried out for the Danish Road Directorate and was completed just before the summer holidays. The guardrail contributes to the beautification of the area.
