DAV NORDIC has delivered specially developed guard for Århus Omegn's new youth residents, Buen in Rosenhøj. The youth resident is part of the overall plan for Rosenhøj/Viby Syd and is a new building that borders the original building.

The arch consists of 86 youth residents of 29-40 m2. For the homes, swallow passages have been built with elegant wooden sections that play nicely with the special protection from DAV NORDIC. The shelter has been specially developed for the project and, in addition to shielding, also contains external plant boxes. 45 guard sections have been delivered with plant boxes corresponding to 153 meters and supporting steel for 49 grill walls with wooden pallets corresponding to 167 meters.

Enemærke & Petersen praises the collaboration

Project manager, Lynge Friis Jakobsen from Enemærke & Petersen comments on the collaboration: “We have had a good and constructive collaboration with DAV NORDIC, and we have solved the challenges that have been in the project together. We are happy to work with them again.”

New Rosenhøj

In the period 2014 to 2017, the residential area Rosenhøj was completely renovated for approx. DKK 1 billion.

27 apartment blocks with a total of 840 homes were given a completely new identity, just as the outlying areas were thoroughly renovated. As part of the renovation, 22 new terraced houses and now 86 youth resident units were built.

The youth resident was taken into use on the 15th of January 2020. The client is Boligforeningen Aarhus Omegn and the large contract is handled by Enemærke & Petersen Ltd.
